 (100% Mérino, 225 m/100 gr).

Or equal amounts of one thread of DK weight yarn

Sample is worked in size 3 in colorway  Mademoiselle Pivoine

TIP!

A variegated, speckled, or tweedy yarn base will elevate this design to ‘classic with a twist' category. 

Needles

4.5 mm circular needles with a cable length of at least 40 cm / 16”, DPNs, or a longer cable needle for magic loop.

You might need one needle above gauge to cast on if you’re a tight knitter.

Gauge 

23 sts X 29 rounds = 10 x 10 cm / r x 4” in 2x2 rib in the round after blocking.
